Hi! I'm Angela
I'm a trauma-informed coach and cognitive behavioural hypnotherapist who specialises in helping my client's break free from the toxic cycles of narcissistic abuse.
After escaping a long-term marriage with a narcissist, I began to recognise the same manipulative patterns in other areas of my professional and personal life—bosses, colleagues, even friends. This eye-opening realisation sparked a deep journey of healing and self-discovery.
I became determined to understand how to truly reclaim my identity and peace, I explored and experimented with every healing modality I could find—eventually retraining in evidence-based practices such as trauma-informed coaching, cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy, and creative arts therapy. Today, I draw on both my lived experience and professional training to empower others to untangle themselves from emotional manipulation, rebuild their confidence, and live fully on their own terms.
